大家早安，今天是星期五。
回到了第一郡吃我最喜歡的早餐，越南人的早餐不像台灣一樣，有特別為早餐而開的店家，販賣漢堡吐司甚至中式餐點，他們的早餐大部分還是麵食，所謂的早餐店其實就是一家麵店，或是在上班的途中，會看到路邊有很多人賣法國麵包，那也是他們早餐的一種。
而我最喜歡的是舊家小巷裡的一家麵店，只開星期一到星期五，整家店裡面菜單只有一種，每一天都不一樣，對於我這種經常要煩惱吃什麼的人，不需要選擇或點餐，真的是省了很多腦力激盪的時間，沒有特地的從星期一吃到星期五，畢竟天天吃麵食，也是蠻膩的，不過這家店少說也來過十次，所以早就知道哪一天的菜單符合我口味。我最喜歡的是星期五，雖然根本不知道那碗麵的名稱，但因為它的麵條有嚼勁，配起湯頭絕對是我心中越南麵食的前三名，再加上桌上放的那疊小辣椒…..整碗吃光絕對不是問題。
湯麵裡有豬肝、豬肉、幾個肉丸加上一隻蝦，這樣子大約台幣五十元，不算特別便宜，但在台灣可能找不到這樣子的配料及價錢。而麵條，我真的不知道怎麼稱呼，他有點像河粉，但又不會像一般河粉那樣軟，也沒有河粉那樣寬，比起河粉，這種麵條比較有感覺在咀嚼。這家店特別的是，他菜單不同，不僅湯頭配料不一樣，連每一天的麵條也不一樣，如果你不知道你最喜歡越南的哪一種麵條，來這裡試就對了

這一整條街其實有很多道地的餐廳，因為是住宅區，所以從來沒有在這裡看過觀光客，而原本我也以為這只是一條非常普通的小巷，這些餐廳只是小本經營給附近的居民吃，直到有一天我在中午時間出門，那條街的景象，真的太令人驚訝了，每一家餐廳都是客滿的，小巷中完全擠滿了人潮，仔細一看，這些都是上班族，過後我想了想，確實！這條小巷子的對面都是商業區，好幾棟的辦公大樓，一定有不少的上班族，只是早上能夠從容坐下來吃早餐的人不多，所以在早上才沒有那麼驚人的人潮。這邊我們大概試過了四五家小店，還真的沒有踩雷到，畢竟上班族的小道消息傳得蠻快的，如果有一家店不好吃，一定隔天大家都知道。
所以如果你有興趣吃吃看道地的越南料理，又不想要跟著觀光指南走，想要嘗試與在地人同桌的感覺，我真的非常推薦到這條巷子來，你可以在用餐的尖峰時刻來，雖然要排隊，但因為用餐的人多，你可以直接看到他們的餐點，直接用手比的點餐，畢竟餐廳都有必點的料理，如果不懂的點菜，到了評價高的餐廳，可能也吃不到高評價的感覺，就讓當地人為你們點餐吧～
